How should you read private chalet terms?

Terms answer practical questions: arrival time and method, departure time, authorized guests, noise, spa and water access, waste, damage, and cancellation. KENO provides 4 free parking spaces and does not accept pets. Before confirming, review payment and cancellation terms on the booking platform used.

KENO uses self check-in, but that does not remove guest responsibilities. Direct lake access and a private spa require following instructions. Open the rental terms; if a point does not fit your situation, write it in your request rather than treating a personal interpretation as approval.

Which options should you request separately?

An option mentioned in an article is not necessarily included with a rental. KENO plans a paid personal watercraft option for summer 2027, but it is not currently available; it will require a separate reservation and remain subject to eligibility, conditions, and availability. Ask which conditions will apply and when it can be confirmed.

Likewise, do not turn direct water access into a promise of swimming, a dock, a watercraft, or an unrestricted activity.
